Is it really free?
Yes. The symptom diagnosis, the profile health check, per-slicer setting names, and your first fixed-profile download cost nothing and need no sign-up. Points only pay for the optional AI analysis and extra generated files.
Do you upload my files?
No. The free diagnosis runs entirely in your browser — your .3mf or profile never leaves your computer. Only if you choose to run the AI analysis do we send your answers (and a photo, if you add one) to the model.
Which printers and slicers are supported?
Any printer. We baseline against the makers’ official profiles — Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Voron, Anycubic, Elegoo, Sovol, QIDI and more — and show the setting names for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer and Cura.
How accurate are the fixes?
Every recommendation is measured against the manufacturers’ own slicer profiles and documented troubleshooting. They’re qualified starting points, not guarantees — change one thing at a time and run a small test print in between.
What do points buy?
